Monday, June 28th the divorce filed by Sandra Bullock in Austin, Texas became final, ending her 5-year marriage to bike builder, Jesse James.
The divorce has not altered Jesse's plan. He is moving his family to Austin in July, after he finishes taping a special for the History Channel. The move will allow his children to remain close to Sandra, who owns a house in Austin.
This could be good news for the Austin Republic of Texas (ROT) Rally -- Jesse intends to permanently move to Austin.
He will continue to operate West Coast Choppers in Orange County, California but also intends to open a Cisco Burger restaurant in Austin. The announcement was made earlier in June at a child custody hearing in California.
Bullock left the couple's home in Seal Beach, Calif. before the divorce.
There is even speculation that (Jesse's 6-year-old daughter) Sunny's biological mother, Janine Lindemulder will move from LA to Austin.

AMA encourages motorcyclists to participate in Ride to Work Day, Monday, June 21
The AMA is asking all motorcyclists to help demonstrate the tangible benefits of commuting to work on a motorcycle on Monday, June 21, in celebration of national Ride to Work Day -- and to be safe while doing it.
"Ride to Work Day is a great way to show that motorcycles are fun to ride as well as an economical way to transport yourself from one point to another," said AMA President and CEO Rob Dingman. "With so many more riders on the road at this time of year, it's also a good opportunity to extend a note of caution to riders and motorists alike as part of the I AMAware campaign, which emphasizes safety on the road through enhanced awareness of fellow road users.
"I AMAware is a national program that encourages both defensive riding by motorcyclists and alertness by fellow road users," Dingman said. "In most car-motorcycle crashes, the driver claims he or she never saw the motorcyclist. By increasing awareness of motorcyclists on the road, crashes can be avoided, and lives can be saved."
Since its inception in 1992 by Aerostich/RiderWearHouse's Andy Goldfine, who also sits on the AMA's Board of Directors, Ride to Work Day has become an international event, with participation in cities around the world and recognition by the U.S. government. In the United States in recent years, both U.S. Reps. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) and Michael Burgess (R-Texas), co-chairs of the Congressional Motorcycle Safety Caucus and longtime supporters of motorcyclists' rights, have recognized the day on the floor of the House of Representatives.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Transportation, more than 80 million cars and light trucks are used for daily commuting on American roads, and about 200,000 motorcycles and scooters are a regular part of this mix. On Ride To Work Day, the practical side of riding becomes more visible as a larger number of America's motorcycles and scooters are ridden to work.
"Ride to Work Day is one of our best advertisements for the motorcycling lifestyle," said AMA Senior Vice President for Government Relations Ed Moreland. "With more riders on the road during rush hour, these benefits become even clearer. Motorcycles and scooters are a socially responsible form of transportation that reduce fuel consumption and wear and tear on roads, ease congestion, make parking easier and exponentially increase the fun of your commute."
This year will be the 19th annual Ride to Work Day. More information about Ride to Work Day can be found at RideToWork.org.
The World’s Most Advanced Electric Motorcycle
Well check this out. The world's most advanced electric motorcycle. It looks good and sleet but I think I'm going to stick with the gas powered for now. What are your opinions?
MotoCzysz E1pc is a futuristic-looking motorbike made by Michael Czysz. It’s also the world’s most advanced electrical bike, featuring hand-assembled lithium-polymer batteries that can be swapped out in seconds to have the motor run at volts with a top speed of 140 MPH. In other words, the MotoCzysz E1pc has 10 times the battery power of a Prius, and that’s really amazing.

Help spread the word - AUSTIN, TX, United States, Largest vintage motorcycle liquidation
I know this is going to sound unbelievable, and you are welcome to call me at 210 224-0994, during day hours, but I am having to sell over 1,000 vintage motorcycles and ten of thousands of vintage bike parts collected over 30 years, and I only have one week to do it.
The 28,000 sq ft warehouse that contains them is sold and I must find homes for all the vintage motorcycles and parts within. You can see a few pictures and videos at www.mysterywarehouse.com.
From Saturday June 19th, until June 25th, from 9am to 5pm at 3011 East Commerce Street in San Antonio, TX, USA, I will be having, to my knowledge, one of the largest vintage motorcycle liquidation events ever, with music and food on the 19th and 20th, and having a grand old time with plenty of giveaways throughout the day of vintage motorcycle-related items.
If you preregister at the aforementioned website, www.mysterywarehouse.com , you can get in one day early on the 18th.
Here are just some of the numbers of what you will find:
- Over a thousand vintage motorcycles - 90% Japanese from 60's 70's 80's - in all conditions: Runners, projects and parts bikes. Mostly vintage Japanese including a rare 69 Sandcast CB750, many standard CB750's, CB500's, CB350's, CL350's, with some Harley, Triumph, Norton, BSA parts inventory as well. Plus every other Japanese manufacturer is represented. In addition to the 1,000+ bikes, there are also 1,000+ gas tanks, 1,500+ Wheels, and everything else you can imagine to do with vintage motorcycles. If you drive on down to San Antonio, this weekend and you love vintage bikes, it will be worth your while.
Please help me put this message out there, as there are more than enough bikes and parts to go around, and sadly I will have to take to the scrap yard what does not find a home, and that would be a tragedy.
